Final goal
In order to ensure a seamless virtual care visit for patients, we aim to reconcile the patient information (medications, allergies, and medical history) that obtained from Amwell with DOMO prior to the virtual call. This allows us to have accurate and up-to-date information readily available during the virtual care session.

[Schedule a visit]
In our new design, we have incorporated a list of past providers for patients who prefer a quick and convenient way to reconnect with them. For those who prefer to conduct their own search, a variety of options are available in the drop-down menu.

[Provider's availability]
Through user testing, we discovered that patients desire clear visibility of provider specialties, ratings, addresses, and the types of visits offered (virtual or in-person). To enhance the clarity of the listing cards, we have opted for a more typography-focused approach instead of relying heavily on iconography.
[Confirmation appointment]
The Caregiver feature allows users to switch accounts, but this may cause an issue of booking appointments for the wrong person. To address this concern, in the new design, patients can review and verify their detailed information and include any additional notes that the provider may need to know."
